Because every piece is made according to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

No returns or exchanges on custom orders.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2–3 hours of receiving it.
Once we review your case, we’ll offer a suitable resolution (e.g., replacement or compensation).
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available due to the custom nature of our products.
Refunds
